Why does my dashboard look "broken"?

If your dashboard starts showing "null" or error symbols similar to the screenshot above, the following steps can be taken to troubleshoot any issues:

  1. Try re-signing into Okta/SalesForce.
  2. Try refreshing your browser if you have been moving between Wi-Fi servers or Ethernet ports.
  3. If neither of these two options work, contact Einstein Helpdesk.
