Application Details

Depending on the type of call you are responding to, you will be placed into either Concept Note/LOI Application Form or Proposal Application Form

Application Form- Proposal

It's important to notice that the Proposal application has 5 tabs across the top and requires some additional information to complete your submission. If you do not see 5 tabs, please refer to the Concept Note/LOI Application Form

Please note you will need to complete the fields on "Details" tab of the application before you are able to save your progress

Details- Tab 1

Complete the application details- Fields marked red are required

Once you have saved your first time, you will be able to continue through the rest of the application tabs

Contact Roles- Tab 2

Contact Roles are used to indicate those members of your team that will be involved in the development or execution of this Application

  1. Begin by clicking the magnifying glass to Search for the appropriate staff contact

Type the Contact name and search for their record in our system. If they do not exist click the "New" button to create a record for them

2.     Next, you must assign them a Contact Role

3.     Click "Add" to assign them to the Contact Role List

You should always include Contact Roles for your Executive Director and Authorized Signatory

Click "Continue" to advance to Additional Information- Tab 3

Additional Information- Tab 3

Additional Information is used to list any additional sources of funding you have or are planning to receive for the proposed work

Click "New" to add funding source information

Add details for the additional funding and click "Save"

Click "Continue" once you've finished the additional funding information

This tab is typically optional and can be skipped if time is a factor, please reference your application guidelines for confirmation

Attachments- Tab 4

On the attachment tab- Begin by selecting your file

Next click "Upload"

Please wait for the file to upload to your application

Once completed it should look like this- You are free to replace an upload until you submit your application

Review & Submit- Tab 5

Use this tab to review all the information on your application prior to submission. You may print your application from this page as well. Please reivew any warnings about required information that may be missing from your application.

Once you've completed youre review, click "Submit"

Once submitted, you will not be able to edit your application so be sure everything is accurate first
