Grants to unregistered organizations overseas may be made through FOSI or as an ER grant. A challenge with these organizations is that the fact that they are unregistered in their countries can make it difficult for them to receive grant payments. To avoid this issue, the organization can either obtain a registered fiscal agent or money can be sent to an individual bank account associated with the organization.
